Villa Lo Scoglio - A Luxury Villa with Ocean Views

Villa Lo Scoglio, also known as VLL, is a newly-renovated, 3 +1-bedroom villa with gorgeous ocean views, situated at the end of the road in Anse des Lezards. This oasis of calm is nestled in a small neighborhood, just a short drive from Gustavia and St. Jean, yet away from the crowds.

The open floor plan of the villa features a cozy main room complete with a modern kitchen and living area that opens up to the generous terrace. The terrace has ample seating, as well as an outdoor dining setting that has the ocean as a backdrop. At the far end of the terrace, behind the master bedroom, there is a heated jacuzzi. The large heated pool is accessed from the entrance and has a waterfall feature and a deck that provides sun lounging and seating.

The two bedrooms offer ocean views and open up to the main room as well as the terrace. Each comes complete with closet space, U.S. satellite and Apple TV. The master bedroom has a four poster bed and a slightly larger ensuite bathroom that can be opened up to the outside. The guest bedroom is on the other side of the main room and has an ensuite bathroom, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway by the living room. Further, there is a small studio with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, perfect for teens.

Behind the guest bedroom, by the entrance, is an additional small bedroom with a small queen size bed (140cm). This can only be accessed from the outside and there is no bathroom, making it suitable for a teenager or nanny. Villa Lo Scoglio is a great choice for a family with children, but can also be a good option for two couples traveling together. It’s also the sister villa of Villa Lataniers, LAT, situated just below, and both villas can be rented together to add extra bedrooms for a large group.

Villa Lo Scoglio comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
